Small Medical Office seeking a highly organized and detail oriented full-time Bookkeeper to join our growing therapy company.
Experience with QuickBooks online is required. This position is responsible for performing all daily accounting tasks for the company. Must be team oriented, outgoing with a pleasant demeanor.
Responsibilities:
· Record / post daily transactions in QuickBooks Online
· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
· Payroll
· Invoicing
· Handles office supply ordering
· 401K Management
· Onboarding of new employees
· Preparing and managing our client contracts
· Bank / credit card reconciliation
· Generating / Processing MS Excel reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of verifiable experience - business management, development, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Or
Associate's degree with 5 years ofverifiable experience - business management, development, accounting, and bookkeeping.
