Are you a self-motivated, disciplined individual with a passion for fitness and sales? We're seeking an experienced Fitness Sales Representative to join our team in Hamden, CT. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone ready to take initiative, engage leads, and set appointments with potential clients in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Nurture & Follow-Up: Make 50 sales calls daily to nurture warm leads, respond to new inquiries immediately, and track all activity in our CRM.
- Sales Appointments: Schedule and conduct in-person appointments, with as-needed availability (only when appointments scheduled) for specific hours in the morning (8:30-10 AM) and evening (5-7 PM).
- Sales Training: Attend Zoom meetings or past recordings to receive ongoing sales training in our unique approach, and stay updated on best practices.
- Lead Management & Social Media: Proficiency in social media and CRM software is preferred to engage with leads online, post updates, and follow up.
Requirements:
- Availability: Ready to respond to leads from 8 AM to 8 PM with focused calling windows (8-10 AM, 6-8 PM) and scheduled appointments as needed.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, reliable follow-up, and note-taking abilities.
- Location: Reside near Hamden, CT for ease of in-person appointments.
- Tech-Ready: Have a reliable internet connection, personal phone, and computer for use with our CRM software.
Compensation:
- Commission-based at $50 per new signup to start, with significant room for growth based on performance and consistency.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in fitness sales is a plus, but we welcome coachable, friendly, and fast learners with a strong drive to succeed. Group sales appointments may be assigned for candidates skilled in crowd management.
