Medical Office Administrative Assistant/Front Desk/Coordinator
We're looking for a leader for the front office team. This position will be a working lead who will help develop efficient processes along with implementing new software and procedures to yield high productivity results and improved patient access & experience. This individual will be a go-to for the front office team and will report to the Operations Manager.

Medical Office Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and caregivers
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments and reviewing patient information for accuracy while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA law
- Collecting payments
- Interacting with patients in a compassionate upbeat manner
- Opportunity to cross train as a back office clinical team member and/or billing office representative/coder
Medical Front Office Assistant Requirements and Preferences
- AA or BS degree; preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; required
- Two (2) years' previous customer service experience in a related supportive position preferred
- Medical office experience preferred
- Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
