Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Engage children in interactive activities that promote their development in areas such as language, motor skills, and socialization.
- Provide diapering, feeding and nurturing infants.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting milestones and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational approach.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience in infant care or babysitting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Previous experience in daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong care giving skills with the ability to nurture children’s emotional needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
