We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Oversee and lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Implement talent management initiatives to foster employee development and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Address employee relations issues by facilitating conflict management and resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources.
- Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and develop effective staffing plans.
Experience
- 5 years of proven experience in human resources management or a related field is required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in recruiting top talent using various sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in negotiating employment terms and conditions with candidates.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques to resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Knowledge of HR software systems required; experience with Gusto is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
