We are a growing dental implant center that is looking for a Patient Intake Coordinator to join our team in our upcoming Gilbert, Arizona . An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority. We are searching for individuals who can help us continue pursuing our goal of reaching prospective patients and helping to transform their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the general direction of the General Manager
- Ambassador for the patient experience
- Manage patient intake process including electronic or paper forms
- Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center’s workflow runs efficiently
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Create a welcoming environment that puts patients at ease and introduces them to our office that offers a world class experience
- Utilize problem-solving skills for patient management, and to support center and colleagues for resolution of issues
- Update and manage center calendar
- Order and organize patient materials, as needed
- Monitor patient wait times and work with the General Manager to manage patient experience
- Ensure the Center delivers a superior customer experience
- Greet patients and potential patients
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean waiting room
- Stock waiting room
- Scanning necessary documents
- Check in orders
- Assist with outgoing shipments
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Professional dress and appearance required
- Basic computer skills
- Organized, able to multi-task with patients and phones, good communicator
- Dental experience Preferred
- Previous experience working patient admissions preferred
- Previous experience scheduling medical appointments
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated range for this position is $17 - $18/hourly depending on experience. .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
