Role Overview:
RevBlack is seeking a full-time RevOps & CRM Solution Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing RevOps, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations for our B2B SaaS clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce, HubSpot, and other industry-leading tools to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, implement go-to-market strategies, analyze data, and lead key projects to enhance operational efficiency. As a RevOps & CRM Solution Specialist, you will help build solutions that directly contribute to the growth and success of both RevBlack and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize: Spearhead operational improvements, optimizing go-to-market strategies and business initiatives to support partner growth.
• Communicate: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and requirements and translate those into actionable work to be performed.
• Improve: Conduct data analysis and workflow mapping to identify gaps and prioritize revenue-enhancing opportunities.
• Empower: Guide partners in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring projects are managed effectively and executed timely.
• Lead: Drive organizational change by engaging with senior stakeholders and overseeing key project deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
• REQUIRED: Salesforce “Certified Administrator” certification (or working towards certification) and additional HubSpot certifications.
• Experience or strong interest in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or a related professional services delivery role.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, Outreach, Gong, etc., with a willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations, driving decisions, and engaging effectively with both team members and clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and devise effective solutions.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but also possesses the drive and initiative to lead and manage projects.
