Role Overview:
We are seeking a RevOps & CRM Solution Specialist Intern with a foundational understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot and a passion for RevOps, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations. This role is ideal for a BYU Economics student looking to immerse themselves in the world of SaaS business models and B2B strategies, leveraging tools like Slack, Jira, Outreach, Gong, and more to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. This internship is designed to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize: Spearhead operational improvements, optimizing go-to-market strategies and business initiatives to support partner growth.
• Communicate: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and requirements and then translate those into actual work to be performed.
• Improve: Conduct data analysis and workflow mapping to identify gaps and prioritize revenue-enhancing opportunities.
• Empower: Guide partners in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring projects are managed effectively and executed timely.
• Lead: Drive organizational change by engaging with senior stakeholders and overseeing key project deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
• REQUIRED: Willing to work towards earning Salesforce “Certified Administrator” certification and additional HubSpot certifications.
• Experience or strong interest in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or a related professional services delivery role.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B environments.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, Outreach, Gong, etc., with a willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations, driving decisions, and engaging effectively with both team members and clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and devise effective solutions.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but also possesses the drive and initiative to lead and manage projects.
• Willingness and eagerness to earn additional Salesforce and HubSpot certifications.
Internship Details:
• Location: Heber City, Utah (in-office; hybrid)
• Type: Paid internship ($15-$25 per hour, depending on experience)
• Schedule: Part-time during school; potential for full-time during summer and post-graduation
• Duration: 3 to 6 months with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role
