Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and document program goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and external partners, to achieve project milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization align with objectives.
• Monitor program progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions by collaborating with training and change management teams to support end-user readiness.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational processes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating program outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing technology programs, with at least 3 years in Salesforce project management or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase Salesforce programs on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Project Management certifications) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
