Job Description: Maintenance Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee and improve maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role involves developing a predictive and preventive maintenance system, managing all maintenance activities across a 24/7 high-volume production environment, and leading a team of maintenance staff and third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive predictive and preventive maintenance program for plant equipment and facilities.
  
• Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for a 3-shift, 24/7 manufacturing operation.
  
• Supervise and train the maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
  
• Oversee and manage third-party service providers to ensure effective maintenance support.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a plant maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Expertise in creating and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
  
• CMRP certification is a plus but not required.
  
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
