What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of eCommerce position at RevitPay?
Persist Brands is a $100M ecommerce business that sells a variety of products from clothing to toys. We are looking for a highly ambitious and innovative eCommerce Director that can help take our business to new heights. This is a hybrid role that requires strong knowledge of eCommerce technology, project management, and operational management skills. It’s a full-time remote position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working with the owner to find trending products to sell online, working with the dev team on the Shopify website landing pages, integrating them with our CRM and launching the sites.
- Monitoring the campaign to make sure all performance metrics are stable and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
- Project manage our upsell digital product creation.
- Manage the payment processing team to get the merchant accounts needed for all the stores, and problem solve issues.
- Work with our data scientist to find ways to optimize the campaign through various ways… improvements in technology, AB testing of different strategies, etc.
- Find innovative ways to improve every aspect of the campaign.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 5 – 10 years of eCommerce experience and have a strong understanding of recurring billing models.
- Must have 3 - 5 years of managerial experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of Meta, Tiktok and Google advertising.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Sticky.io, and Excel Spreadsheets
- Must be able to problem solve, manage time efficiently, and be highly organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
