Company Description
RevitPay is a boutique online payment processor located on the outskirts of Cleveland. We are looking for a full-time Director of Operations to improve our workflow efficiency, setup onboarding processes and help manage our projects. This position will work from the main office five days a week with flexibility for some remote work.
Job Description:
- Maintaining and improving merchant onboarding by making adjustments to the processes, CRMs and training the staff.
- Manage team to ensure all onboardings, implementations and back-end projects are meeting deadlines.
- Work with different departments in the company to help create and streamline their workflows.
- Must have a strong understanding of merchant accounts (banks, pricing), payment technology (i.e. terminals and gateways), and operational technology.
- Must be able to prioritize projects/tasks and lead a small team to achieve the company’s goals.
- Learns the backend of different applications/systems and creates processes and documentation for them.
Qualifications:
- A degree from a 4-year university
- Must have 5 years of merchant services experience
- Must have 5 years of operational management experience
- Knowledge of CRMs and back-end processing systems ie Salesforce, IRIS CRM, TSYS, RS2
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Asana, and Adobe Acrobat
