Duties

- Create compelling content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and reach on search engines.
- Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries, responding in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
