At our off road attraction park we host people from all over the world, and we are seeking for a talented candidate to join our team as a Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and help with the folloiwng tasks:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests.
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Collect payments and balance cash register.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.
- Availability to also work weekends and holidays.
