Revolution is looking for a passionate, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our innovative team and help us expand our presence in the thriving shrink film and packaging solutions industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients across various industries, including manufacturing, logistics, retail, and distribution. Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, ensuring a targeted approach to prospecting.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

  • Engage with key decision-makers to fully understand their unique packaging needs, challenges, and operational goals.

  • Develop customized proposals and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate how shrink film and stretch film solutions can provide value.

  • Work toward closing sales and consistently meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets.

  • Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, problem-solving, and top-tier customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, features, and industry trends.

  • Actively educate clients on the advantages of shrink and stretch film solutions, and how these products can optimize their supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, maintain detailed records, and forecast future sales opportunities.

  • Provide management with regular insights on market developments, customer feedback, and areas of potential business growth.

 

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in packaging materials or related industries.

  • Experience with shrink film or packaging solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to meet the needs of diverse industries and client profiles.

  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize multiple business development tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • A valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling industrial products or packaging materials.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with sustainability trends in packaging solutions.

Pay Transparency: Base Range $90k - $130k variable incentive Benefits PTO
