Position Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI (1 day in-office per week, remote for the rest)

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the testing phase of our corporation's Timesheet Portal System within an SAP environment. This senior-level role will manage and supervise testing processes, ensuring seamless delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing phase for the Timesheet Portal System, ensuring high-quality standards, thorough documentation, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate all testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Manage the overall testing lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Analyze and assess the functionality of the Timesheet Portal System within the SAP environment, including integration with SAP Fiori and SAP CATS.
• Identify, document, and report testing issues, defects, and risks, and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication between teams to meet project milestones.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team, ensuring the adoption of best practices throughout the testing phase.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and prioritization meetings to define test strategies and ensure testing efforts align with project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a senior role, specifically in managing testing phases of enterprise-level systems.
• Strong background in SAP environments, with hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and SAP CATS (preferred).
• Extensive experience in software testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and defect management, ideally within an SAP environment.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP CATS.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
