Reports to: Controller
Position Purpose: To utilize skills and abilities to ensure timely and accurate completion of regular accounting activities.
Essential Functions:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
Assist with monthly and year-end closings.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts regularly.
Furnish internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient and furnishes external reports as necessary.
Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.
Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
Close general ledger at month end.
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
