Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will support the TA team in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment from interview scheduling, managing the background check process, processing workflows, uploading behavioral interview guides, adverse action letters and ensuring overall compliance of the hiring/selection process and job files.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Assists with new hire administration through online Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and processing of internal applicant moves
- Is in support of the Talent Acquisition team and will schedule interviews, checks references, and schedules new hire orientation
- Provides support for internal and external applicant questions related to hiring, background check process and orientation
- Provides administrative support to ensure requisitions are closed out correctly and meet critical compliance metrics
- Communicates frequently with the Talent Acquisition Team, candidates (internal/external), management and HR staff
- Provides support to the HR team and assists with special projects
- The successful candidate will have a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work as a team player
- Possess initiative and responsibility and be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment
- Strong communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and able to solve practical problems
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Degree/GED with 0-1 year of related coordinator or administrative level work experience
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office programs
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
- Effective communication, writing and grammar skills
- Detail-oriented
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, marketing, or related field with 0 -1 year of related experience
- Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems, UltiPro or SAP
- Experience with sourcing tools and methodologies such as LinkedIn and Resume Databases
- Experience with social media marketing and branding
