Responsibilities
Your Role:
Provide HR generalist services, payroll/recruiting support to approximately 300 employees on a variety of HR related issues.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Process and prepare payroll, onboard new employees, and explain benefits programs.
- Adhere to all the rules and policies of the organization as well as ensuring RCP’s practices comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding a wide variety of issues (benefits, work schedules, transfers, promotions, safety, performance, pay, and company policies).
- Explain concepts, practices and procedures used in the Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing industry.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field or commensurate experience.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations.
Icing on the cake:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
- Experience using ADP.
- 5 years of related professional Human Resource experience.
- Time system experience.
