Pay: $27.50/Hour
Responsibilities
As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant. You will have the opportunity to:
- Trouble-shooting and timely repairs of mechanical equipment in support of work teams
- Provide mechanical support to all Plant production and facility equipment.
- Support predictive, preventive, and parts rebuild maintenance programs.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team to solve mechanical equipment problems.
- Lend assistance to electricians on electrical repairs as needed.
- Provide mechanical support to other RCP Jacksonville facilities as needed.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- Minimum of five (5) years experience with plastics-related machinery
- 3 years experience as a shift mechanic
Icing on the cake:
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Associates degree or two year technical degree in a related field
