Pay: $22.40/Hour
Responsibilities:
Role reports directly to RDE Lab Supervisor
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct physical property and end use testing on RCP and competitive products
- Record data from instruments/test equipment and enter data into computer based LIMS software database
- Provide data to requestor for decision making for cost reductions, new products, and competitive evaluations
- Perform miscellaneous testing and development tasks as assigned
- Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexible to changing priorities and good organizational skills
- Can pick up a project from another technician and complete it
- Solid communication skills*Ability to work flexible schedules, overtime and weekends
- Can pay close attention to detail, and be exacting in procedure

Education / Qualification
- High School graduate (GED) with 1-3 years related experience
- Experience in lab testing relating to multiple RCP product lines is preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs., constant standing (60%-100%)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, good computer and math skills
