Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Key Account Inventory Analyst, you will support profit and service objectives by ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer orders, inquiries, and concerns as well as coordinating cross-functionally to support aggressive service goals.

•  Ensure communication flow between functions.
• Manage promotional activity from planning through delivery.
• Anticipate potential problems and proactively address them before they become impactful.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

•  BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service position.
• Experience dealing with traffic planning, production planning, and manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP.
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work every 5th weekend and travel 1-2 times a year.

Icing on the cake: 

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
