Customer Experience Barista

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, and tea.
• Ensure high-quality service and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive experience.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.
• Keep inventory stocked and assist in opening/closing duties as needed.
• Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous barista experience of at least one year
• A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn more about the craft.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Exceptional customer service and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy periods.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
