Responsibilities
-
Receiving customer’s and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner.
-
Constant communication with your service technicians.

Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians.

Selling the recommendations from your technicians.

Assisting our service customers at checkout
-
Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.

Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles.

Managing loaner and rental schedule
Qualifications
