Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Manage payroll functions, vendor and sub-contractor contracts
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Maintain budgets by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning.
- Serve as primary point of contact between staff, vendors, and project managers.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and building inspections.
- Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Financial record keeping and reporting.
- Manage phone systems to ensure clear communication within the office.
