Responsibilities:

Minimum five years’ warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.

Job Purpose
These individuals are responsible for shipping and receiving operations and management tasks
such as receiving, stowage, shipping of supplies and receipt processing.
Responsibilities
Receives material and validate source, quantities, recipient(s), and invoice data. Segregate incoming material and forward to various departments and local/deployed detachments.
Package and prepare material and documents for outgoing shipments. Coordinate and receive financial approval to ship various outgoing packages across the US and worldwide. Maintain official shipping or transfer document files in Fiscal Year (FY) sequence.
Maintains financial audit readiness for all documentation (inbound and outgoing). Maintain financial approval documents in FY sequence. Coordinate with recipients to ensure all documentation is filled out and properly filed.
Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum five years’ warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.
Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
Education & Certification
License to operate a forklift.
Possess a valid state driver’s license
Security Eligibility
All contractor personnel require a minimum SECRET Security Clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
