What you will work on
- Act as relationship lead and client solution leader in the areas of: Transformation, Governance, Risk and Compliance; Payer operations; Healthcare financial due diligence; Regulatory data management (CMS Universe); Pharmacy compliance (340B, Medicare Part D); Guidance around Medicare/Medicaid recoveries and cost containment.
- Contribute to account planning and execution by uncovering client needs and facilitating client understanding of RGP’s Healthcare solutions.
- Serve as a thought leader both within and external to RGP.
- Onsite technical advisor in all engagement phases, engaging appropriate Solution SME/Talent resources as needed.
- Support business development and practice development efforts, including, but not limited to, development of knowledge capital, proposal and RFP responses, and presentations on behalf of RGP.
- Manage risk governance & QA, including status reporting & escalation, budget vs. actual tracking. Responsible for project governance and financials, including tracking and managing resource burn, milestone billing, and change requests for the project maintenance.
- Develop practice intellectual capital, whitepapers and delivery accelerators aimed at creating more value in client delivery and differentiate RGP’s solution from the market.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 15 years of overall experience, with a record of career advancement within a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Significant examples of involvement and leadership in the selling, solutioning and delivery of healthcare services, including supervisory experience of large consulting teams.
- Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent engagements and work streams with various clients.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and establish and advance a significant sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated strengths in relationship management and project management.
- Able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources; act as a business partner to C-level clients; and bring projects to successful completion.

other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors. - Base Pay Range: $184,000
- $230,000 - Other
