Position Purpose :

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist will serve as a point of contact between Human Resources and Team Members throughout Revere Medical. The HR Generalist will consult and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support as it pertains to policy interpretation, team member onboarding, benefits support and other functional components of Human Resources as directed. This position is strongly customer service oriented and is prompt, accurate and confidential in all matters.

What you will do :

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition to ensure effective transfer, promotions, and on-boarding of new hires. Conduct and assist with New Employee Orientation (NEO)

Serve as a role model, mentor, and resource to all employees

  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives that drive and support the mission and vision of the organization and align with our values
  • Ensure compliance with local, federal, and other governing bodies
  • Help manager leave of absence and FMLA
  • Participate in national project initiatives that impact the national team member population, as needed
  • Responsible for offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for the exiting team member
  • Ensure that all Team Members exiting the organization complete an Exit Survey

  • Conduct Exit Interviews to review survey results and answer any questions exiting employee has
  • Analyze resignation trends based on exit survey and provide insight to HR Manager monthly
  • Maintain all personnel files in compliance with state / federal regulations, including I-9 forms and background checks
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries in a prompt and timely manner on a broad range of issues and provides general guidance
  • Work closely with the benefits team to ensure new hire enrollment is done timely
  • Help manage benefits

  • Be a resource to employees with benefit questions
  • Manage the personnel changes within our HRIS system ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Support operational leaders with employee engagement and related HR interventions within their departments.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues within assigned business units; conduct thorough and objective investigations with a strong sense of ethics, accountability, and resolution
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs
