Position Purpose :
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist will serve as a point of contact between Human Resources and Team Members throughout Revere Medical. The HR Generalist will consult and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support as it pertains to policy interpretation, team member onboarding, benefits support and other functional components of Human Resources as directed. This position is strongly customer service oriented and is prompt, accurate and confidential in all matters.
What you will do :
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition to ensure effective transfer, promotions, and on-boarding of new hires. Conduct and assist with New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Serve as a role model, mentor, and resource to all employees
Ensure that all Team Members exiting the organization complete an Exit Survey
