Duties
- Greet/Check-in, and Room patients (take vitals etc)
- Document diagnoses, handle patient inquiries, communicate lab results, and send Rx to pharmacies.
- Handle Prior Authorizations for patient medications
- Work with clinic management to operating clinic in an effective, economical, and patient friendly manner.
Skills
- Familiarity with EMRs like eClinicalWorks, or other medical software systems is a huge plus.
-Basic Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
