What You'll Do:
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients in your assigned territory. Consistently meet and exceed your sales goals.
- Consultative Sales: Guide homeowners through the entire process, understanding their needs and offering expert roofing solutions.
- Lead Management: Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate client information within our CRM system.
- Negotiation & Closing: Work closely with clients to negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training, certifications and team collaboration.

Who We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in outside sales (roofing or similar industries is a plus).
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a car and be able to travel to meet clients face-to-face.
- Roof Inspections: Comfort with climbing roofs for assessments and inspections.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in general office software and CRM systems.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and consult effectively.
