Responsibilities :
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
Supporting Accounting department through Data Entry and Analysis as needed
What We Need From You Job Duties and Requirements
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
Analyzing workflow processes.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
Processing due invoices for payments.
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform any duties either necessary as perceived by or assigned to the job
2-3 years accounting experience preferred.
Strong experience with Excel.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
