This position provides high-level administrative leadership to ensure efficient clinic operations, optimal resource utilization, and the delivery of high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance clinic performance and align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to plan and execute initiatives that support long-term growth and improvement.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or workflows.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Oversee high-level administrative functions across all clinic sites, including compliance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Ensure clinics operate within regulatory guidelines and meet accreditation standards.
- Personnel Management:
- Directly supervise clinic managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Facilitate regular communication with clinic managers to address operational challenges and share best practices.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development for clinic leadership teams.
- Quality and Patient Experience:
- Establish and maintain standards for patient care quality and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and managers to implement initiatives that improve patient outcomes and experiences.
- Drive efforts to meet or exceed performance metrics related to patient care and operational benchmarks.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Ensure financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee the allocation of resources to support clinic needs and priorities.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a liaison between clinic operations and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years of professional experience leading clinic teams, with demonstrated success in healthcare operations.
- Clinical degree (e.g., RN, BSN) with substantial business experience or background will also be considered.
- Required Expertise:
- A strong combination of clinical and business experience is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of clinic operations, including workflow optimization, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams while managing complex healthcare environments.
