We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry Level Management team member to join our highly-regarded team. At Richards Resolution, we represent leading clients in telecommunications and technology, recently partnering with one of the nation's top wireless brands. Through innovative promotional strategies and exceptional customer engagement, we’ve significantly increased brand visibility and acquisitions for our clients. As we expand our operations, we are excited to welcome a new Entry Level Management team member to help drive our growth.
Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between our clients and customers by promoting wireless products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by listening, understanding their needs, and providing detailed responses to inquiries.
- Quote sales contracts, close deals for our clients, and ensure all terms are met and documented accurately.
- Collaborate with other managers and team members to analyze wireless services and identify market trends.
- Participate in client-provided training to stay current on products, services, and promotions.
- Execute promotional strategies to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Provide feedback to management and clients, identifying areas for improvement.
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Passionate about driving customer engagement and telling a brand’s story.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting information.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Reliable transportation to our office and client meetings.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with wireless products is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
