We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual English- Spanish administrative assistant with skills in Excel and experience handling intermediate clerical tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting financial operations, and performing various administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsabilities:
- Manage daily office responsibilities, including answering the phones, emails, and working with the operation team to schedule activities.
- Assist with accounting tasks, including invoice processing and record-keeping.
- Perform data entry. Frequently uses spreadsheets (Excel) and QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized files for all financial and administrative documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in English and Spanish as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use basic functions (e.g., formatting, charts, formulas, filters).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Associate’s degree is a plus.
This is a part-time job with the option to change to a full-time job.
