Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle catering events as required, ensuring timely service and quality presentation.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
• Proficiency in cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Experience in food service or brewing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 20 per week
