Job Overview
Taco Vegana is hiring reliable Bartenders/Servers (full-time and part-time) to join our team in Church Hill. Taco Vegana is a new 100% plant-based Mexican restaurant located in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond. We are looking to fill 1 full-time and 2 part-time positions, must have previous bartending experience and excellent customer service skills.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take all food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Bus tables as needed
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining area
- Opening & closing the bar
Requirements
- Experience working as a bartender/server
- Experience with customer service
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to carry at least 40 pounds
Base pay for both positions is $2.13 tips, we guarantee a minimum hourly pay of $20/ hour in case of the occasional slow shift, and the typical hourly rate including tips averages out to $20-$35/ hour.
