Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and text
- Create Estimates and Sales Orders based on the requested service
- Create cases and tasks to provide instructions for the technician
- Routing and scheduling of tasks for the service staff in the field.
- Invoice Sales Orders following the completion of work
- Miscellaneous data entry to support Richmond Irrigation initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
