Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Utilize product knowledge and expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect Mercedes-Benz vehicle to meet their needs.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the performance and features of our vehicles.
- Navigate the sales process with integrity and transparency, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay informed about the latest Mercedes-Benz products, technologies, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Stay updated with the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
