The Role :
The B2B Marketing Manager contributes to a team of B2B Representatives that implements marketing strategies, provides community engagement and product training, and generates revenue on the B2B side of our business. In this role, you will support the B2B sales team in executing the monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic growth initiatives for Aventon products. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Aventon's overall business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and create marketing roadmaps that expand dealer partnerships and revenue streams.
- Build targeted marketing initiatives (email, digital, print, events) to support our 1k dealers across the U.S.
- Oversee co-marketing and channel partner programs to drive mutual brand growth and improve the dealer experience.
- Create and manage tailored marketing content, sales enablement tools, and training materials for dealer partners.
- Coordinate dealer-focused events such as tradeshows, webinars, and product demos to bolster brand loyalty.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all B2B marketing touchpoints, ensuring Aventon's core values are communicated effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine marketing messages.
- Track, analyze, and report on B2B marketing performance metrics (e.g., leads, conversions, ROI) to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decisions.
