About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager/Prevention Specialist to provide comprehensive case management services to students in need, coordinate preventive education programs, and support the overall wellness of the student body at Rider University. This role is essential in ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally, while also contributing to a safe and healthy campus environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services to students in need, including coordinating preventive education programs.
• Support the overall wellness of the student body, promoting a safe and healthy campus environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in case management, counseling, or student affairs.
• Demonstrated strong effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of students, faculty, and staff.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and case management software (Maxient - preferred).

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in crisis intervention and preventive education.
