What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through the Harley-Davidson buying experience, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect motorcycle.
- Provide expert product knowledge and showcase the unique features and benefits of our Harley-Davidson lineup.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrations to highlight the performance and handling of our motorcycles.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive and engaging dealership environment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of sales success (experience in automotive sales is a significant plus!).
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license.
- A motorcycle endorsement or the ability to obtain one is a major plus!
