Position: Full-Time Painter
Location: Local (work sites vary)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for painters skilled in:
- Applying paint by spray, brush, and roller
- Drywall repair to level 4-5 and texture matching
- Protecting surfaces not to be painted
- Mixing paint, epoxy, and chemicals to specifications
- Preparing and painting structural surfaces
- Using spray paint and power washing equipment
- Safely working on ladders and scaffolding
- Reading and understanding MSDS Data Sheets
Responsibilities
- Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and care
- Prepare building surfaces using proper tools and techniques
- Read blueprints and specifications to meet project requirements
- Apply painting techniques, including caulking and plastering, to achieve professional finishes
- Collaborate with the team on renovations, maintaining safety and organization
- Estimate materials needed and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Painting: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- English (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
