Clay National Guard Center, Marietta, GA and frequent travel to Ft. Stewart, GA for attending training, conducting training, delivering briefings, observing field operations, and attending conferences are required and reimbursable with COR approval.

Job Title: Incentives Termination Services Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Termination Processing: Process all incentive terminations in accordance with ARNG guidelines and regulations.
- Eligibility Review: Review service member eligibility for incentive terminations, ensuring all required documentation is complete and meets ARNG regulations.
- Documentation Verification: Verify all required documentation for incentive terminations.
- Termination Criteria Confirmation: Confirm that all criteria for incentive termination are met.
- GIMS Updates: Update the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) with accurate and timely records for all terminated incentives.
- Termination Payments: Process all payments related to the termination of incentives.
- Payment Monitoring: Monitor the status of all incentive termination payments and address any delays or issues.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and complete records for all incentive terminations.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to the COR detailing the status of incentive terminations.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Address and resolve all discrepancies in incentive terminations.
- Service Member Inquiries: Assist service members with inquiries regarding incentive terminations.
- Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions when errors in incentive terminations are identified.
- Audits: Conduct monthly audits of incentive terminations to ensure compliance with all ARNG guidelines and regulations.
- Audit Documentation: Provide all necessary documentation for incentive terminations during internal or external audits.
- Policy Updates: Review and update all incentive termination policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
