Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse operations positions, from entry-level roles to senior management.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal listings).
- Attend local job fairs and work with career centers at local colleges.
- Source, screen, and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate all logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience from offer acceptance to their first day.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements, team culture, and candidate expectations.
- Regular follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with managing and tracking recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Provide ongoing support to the HR team, contributing to any recruiting or organizational needs.
- Flexibility to work full-time in-office during peak seasons.
