Multi-Family Office (MFO) Associate

Our client is a top-ranked, national Multi-Family Office (MFO) group that manages billions in assets for High/Ultra-High Net Worth clients. The company seeks a rising wealth management professional to join its growing NYC team.
Responsibilities of the MFO Associate:
- Prepare Excel-based financial exhibits,
- Assist with client meeting materials, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Track tax documents
- Manage private investment reports, and monitor portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with clients' external advisors and coordinate account management with internal teams.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions
· Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications of the MFO Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Six months to 2 years’ experience in SFO/MFO associate or related role (RIA, wealth management). Internship experience will be considered.
- FINRA Series 65 is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (exhibits, financial modeling, reports)
- Strong computer and word processing skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
