Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal - Manassas, VA

Compensation : 55,000

Responsibilities :

Case Management : Assist attorneys with handling personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial.
Client Communication : Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Medical Records & Evidence Collection : Obtain and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.
Drafting & Filing : Prepare demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Negotiation Assistance : Help attorneys prepare settlement demands and negotiate with insurance companies.
Litigation Support : Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing case materials.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).

Education : Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience in personal injury litigation.

Skills : Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy : Experience with case management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingual (Preferred) : Spanish fluency is a plus to better serve our diverse client base.
