- Client Communication : Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Medical Records & Evidence Collection : Obtain and organize medical records police reports and other caserelated documents.
- Drafting & Filing : Prepare demand letters pleadings discovery requests and other legal documents.
