Right Resource HR Consulting is assisting one of our clients with sourcing qualified candidates for two Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Account Executive role. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven MDU Sales Executives to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fiber services sales and business development, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth. Overview
As an MDU Sales Executive, your primary goal will be to drive the adoption of our super- fast fiber services in the multi-dwelling market segment. You will be tasked with generating new leads, exceeding sales targets while fostering robust customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality consultative sales process.
You’re right for this role if you consider yourself a highly motivated self-starter and seasoned sales executive, not afraid to cold call and negotiate when warranted. You will have also demonstrated success in similar, quota-based sales roles in your professional career.
Most of your time will be spent negotiating rights of entry (ROE) with MDU property owners, Homeowners Associations (HOA), and Property Management Companies. These agreements will allow permits, contractors, and developers to install telecommunications cable and equipment in the MDU building or HOA, extending to individual apartments and units.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demonstrates excellence in all aspects of MDU ROE sales development
· Understands and implements key metrics for all MDU sales disciplines
· Instills and maintains a high-energy culture at every level of the organization
· Consistently drives the organization to exceed sales targets
· Actively prospect and generate leads for new Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) opportunities in the assigned territory
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, on MDUs and HOAs
· Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Blue Suede Networks
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent and generate leads
· Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new technology developments related to fiber services, including MDUs
EDUCATION:
· High School Diploma required
· College Degree (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
· Previous experience in telecommunications sales or a similar field is preferred
· Proven track record of success in quota-based sales role, achieving sales targets and driving business growth
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills
· Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
· Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships
· Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology
· Knowledge of the multi-family or telecommunications industry a plus
· Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
· Willingness to travel within the assigned area and occasionally attend events outside the area
· A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
