WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
SUMMARYOF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you an organized, compassionate, and dependable individual looking to make a positive impact? Right Step LLC is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for our residential program participants.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign household chores to consumers, ensuring completion to standard.
- Monitor the cleanliness of consumer rooms and common areas (kitchen, living room, game room).
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure consumers have essential items such as linens, hygiene products, and clean clothes.
- Prepare bedrooms for new residents, ensuring readiness and cleanliness.
- Enforce house rules, including curfew and lights-out hours.
- Facilitate house meetings and address concerns to maintain a positive environment.
- Protect property by monitoring the proper use of household appliances and preventing damage or theft.
- Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and consumers to ensure smooth operations.
- Observe and report any potential safety or behavioral issues.
- Assist in onboarding new residents, providing orientation, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing group settings or residential environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of household maintenance and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
