Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with Homeowners – Proactively initiate conversations with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, creating meaningful connections and introducing them to our painting services.
- Set Appointments – Effectively communicate the value of our services, handle objections, and schedule consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain a Positive and Resilient Mindset – Handle rejection professionally, staying motivated and persistent to achieve daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Adapt Communication Strategies – Adjust pitch and approach based on the homeowner’s personality, needs, and level of interest.
- Track and Manage Leads – Use digital tools (CRM systems, calendar apps) to log interactions, follow up on leads, and keep records organized.
- Represent the Brand Professionally – Uphold the company’s values by being knowledgeable, courteous, and engaging in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the Team – Share insights, strategies, and best practices with fellow team members to improve overall success rates.
- Stay Organized and Efficient – Manage time effectively to maximize outreach efforts, cover assigned territories, and maintain a consistent workflow.
- Continuously Learn and Improve – Stay up to date on sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and industry trends to enhance performance.

Qualifications
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework or sales/marketing training is a plus.
- Experience – No prior experience required; ideal for beginners looking to develop communication, sales, and customer engagement skills. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to confidently engage in face-to-face conversations, actively listen, and clearly explain our painting services.

- Valid Driver’s License – Reliable transportation is required to travel within designated areas.
- Flexible Schedule – Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
